From the beginning, Alternative Staffing has done things differently. After years working in franchised staffing offices, Jan Cappellini and Craig Lake knew there had to be a better way. Instead of cookie-cutter concepts, they wanted to offer customized staffing solutions, giving their clients greater staffing flexibility, and their employees greater job opportunities.

Updating our Online presence
Concentrating on streamlining our services and marketing ourselves, we updated our website to incorporate employee and client logins, links to our job board, and other tools to make the staffing process easier and more efficient.
2018
Marking our Silver 25th Anniversary
Reaching 25 years of business is not something we took for granted. A milestone in the business world and something we take great pride in while watching other competitors come and go. Dedication, hard work, and building lasting relationships are what has brought us to this point, and what will continue our success.
2020
Helping the Community through COVID-19
We kept Charleston working during the Coronavirus pandemic. During uncertain times we kept our doors open and provided workers for hurting business, and jobs for those who had been laid off. We even held vaccine events where workers and our local community could come and get a vaccine if that what they chose to do.
