Alternative Staffing strives to provide the safest possible working conditions for all of our employees. Accidents are extremely costly to you, your family, and Alternative Staffing. In order to avoid as many problems as possible, Alternative Staffing intends to comply with all the prevailing Federal, State and Local Safety Laws and Ordinances.

Alternative Staffing is committed to preventing every accident from ever happening. However, safety is a joint responsibility which requires active participation by all employees. No matter how much ASI spends on safety equipment and training or how many safety rules are published, unless each employee uses the equipment provided, and follows the safety rules that have been implemented, there can be no safety program.

Each of us must use the proper tools and equipment for the task at hand. Always follow the appropriate safety rules, and always use good judgment when questionable working conditions arise. Remember that no task is so important or so urgent that we cannot take the time to perform our tasks in a safe and responsible manner.

Should working conditions or tasks appear dangerous, your immediate supervisor needs to be notified immediately. We can not stress the importance of this so we will say it again. If you find yourself in a work situation that you find to be unsafe, IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO YOUR SUPERVISOR AND YOUR ALTERNATIVE STAFFING REPRESENTATIVE.
